User Information:
The information you provide during the internship registration will not be shared outside of CodeSpaze. It will only be used for CodeSpaze-related work or marketing purposes.

Confirmation of Intern:
You will receive an offer letter from the CodeSpaze Internship program. Your internship is not confirmed until the offer letter is accepted by you. If you are not interested after receiving the offer letter, please contact us at contact@codespaze.com.

WhatsApp Group:
You are required to join the WhatsApp group for discussions and updates regarding the CodeSpaze Internship. Do not message other group members privately. Legal action will be taken against those who violate this rule.

Project/Task Allocations:
Your project and task assignments will be communicated through our WhatsApp group/ mail or the internship portal. You must complete and submit your projects/tasks only through the internship portal. Failure to submit within the specified time may disqualify you from receiving the internship certificate.

Submission:
You must submit your projects through the internship portal. Maintenance charges may apply during the submission process.

Certificates:
Certificates will be issued only after the completion of your internship. You will receive your certificate within 3-5 days of internship completion.

Letter of Recommendation (LOR):
The best performer or individual with the best assignment completion will receive an LOR. The LOR will be issued within 3-5 days of internship completion

LinkedIn Posts:
You must make a LinkedIn post of your Golden Project output video. Posting offer letters and others is optional.

Project Verification:
For project verification, please attach proper fee payment proof. Failure to provide this proof will result in the rejection of your project verification. If our team finds common or forged proofs, you will be permanently banned from the CodeSpaze Internship.

Project Authenticity:
Your project must be your original work.

Termination:
Legal action will be taken against individuals who make false claims or engage in inappropriate behavior towards CodeSpaze and its executives.

Support:
All queries will be addressed via WhatsApp/Email communication. No phone support is available. Please allow up to two days for our executives to respond.

Verification and Document Related:
For company-related information, reach out to internships@codespaze.com.

Changes in Account Info or Documents:
You can update your details a maximum of one time, and certification updates will take up to 3 days after prior notification. You can email us your details that need to be updated.

Stipend:
This is an educational internship, and no stipend will be provided.

Future Opportunities:
Participating in the internship does not guarantee job offers from CodeSpaze.
